There's several sites out there now running magazines using only images submitted by amatuer and professional photographers.  Check a few of these out:

Everywhere Magazine - says, "The travel magazine made by you! The Everywhere community can share photos and stories about places you and others create! The best stuff will be published in Everywhere Magazine!"

Your Shot - National Geographic - says, "Take your best shot—and send it to us. Your Shot features editors’ selections from photographs submitted online by our readers each month. Submit a favorite photo of your own, on any topic of your choosing, for possible publication in an upcoming issue of National Geographic."

*Be sure to read all TOU when submitting your images to any online sites/publications.
